Terms of Reference
Worcester City Council agreed to establish a ‘Gull Forum’ to help support businesses and residents across the city in resolving the negative impacts of gulls in the City.
Aim
The aim of the Forum is to identify and share best practice in gull control and enable targeted complementary action across the City.
Objective
- Identify gull control work undertaken across the city;
- Review the impact of the work undertaken;
- Identify areas where impacts not resolved;
- Where possible identify appropriate control action that could be taken.

Frequency of Meetings
Meetings are to be convened and scheduled to take place quarterly for the first year and twice a year thereafter (proposing a meeting prior to and post the breeding season).
