Nature of Variation:

We are applying to request an increase in our licence capacity to support a special community focused event dedicated to celebrating and honouring minority communities. Traditional food offerings authentic dishes from different countries allowing guests to experience rich cultural flavours and customs .An increase in our licence capacity will enable us to safely and responsibly accommodate all attendees while ensuring the event remains welcoming wel managed and enriching for everyone We also want to highlight the wider importance of events like this. Due to the current economic downturn, our restaurant has experienced a significant decline in trade. Hosting community events is what has kept us going during these challenging times. Without this support we fear for the future of our business which could have a lasting impact not only on us but also on local jobs and community life This part of town has long been neglected and we are working hard to bring life activity, and pride back into the area. Our events provide a safe and positive space that attracts people, supports local culture and contributes to the regeneration of our neighbourhood With the councils support we can continue playing this role and help build a stronger more connected community.  We are fully committed to working with the Council to ensure the event meets all licensing safety and regulatory requirements while delivering a meaningful and well managed celebration for all. Thank you for considering our request. We sincerely hope you will support us in keeping our doors open sustaining our contribution to the local economy and bringing vibrancy back to this side of town.
