Applications for variation of a premises licence or club premise certificate
Applicant:
Sarah Louise Saleh
Premises Name:
The Old Chicken Shed
Premises Address:
The Old Chicken Shed, Stocks Farm, Suckley, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR6 5EQ
Nature of Variation:
The premises is a working brewery with a small onsite brewery shop which is open for off sales Mon to Thurs 10:00 to 17:00 and Fridays 10:00 to 16:00. The onsite Tap Room bar opens from 16:00 to 21:00 on a Friday and 13:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays. We do not want to change the regular hours, but we have been doing some live music events on Saturday evenings which have run until 22:00 and applying for TENS for the extra hour. We now want to do a live music evenings once a month on Saturdays. We also host private hire events for parties, charity fundraising events etc which usually want to go on a bit later into the evening on Fridays or Saturdays and again, we have to apply for TENs for these as well. We are therefore applying for a small extension of our licensed hours to 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays so we are licensed for these occasions and do not have to apply for TENs every time. Our regular hours will not change, apart from once a month staying open until 22:00 on a Saturday.
