Alcohol and Entertainment

Worcestershire Regulatory Services (WRS) undertakes the licensing function on behalf of the licensing authority, including administration, regulation and enforcement, for all six Local Authorities of Worcestershire. These are:

Bromsgrove District Council Licensing

Worcester City Council Licensing

Malvern Hills District Council Licensing

Wychavon District Council Licensing

Redditch Borough Council Licensing

Wyre Forest District Council Licensing


All matters outside of the powers delegated to WRS are referred back to the Local Authority for decisions or actions by their elected members i.e. Licensing Committees.
